Hey Everyone!
So our friend Joe Fischer is an unstoppable 22-year-old with an impeccable sense of humor. His passion lies in anything having to do with the outdoors, hunting, camping, fishing, and extreme sports. To his extreme surprise, Joe fell from a tree stand last year and fractured his T6-T9 vertebrae. He crushed his spinal cord and Joe is now paralyzed from the torso down. Wheelchair life has so far been scary, confusing, warming, tragic, and in a nutshell: unreal. But it is definitely real."A special thanks to the South Congress Athletic Club and Uncle Billy’s for hosting the First Thursday “Workout Happy Hour" and I want everyone to know how truly grateful I am for their care and support of my continued recovery."
